My Diet Plan

I don't follow a strict diet, or a crazy diet. I just try to eat healthy, and keep my calories as well as everything else within the daily goal (fat, sugar, carbs, protein, etc.). I use My Fitness Pal to track what I eat and to keep myself on track. Slowly I have been getting more conscious about portions and knowing when I am satisfied without being too full.

I also take vitamins and Fish Oil to maintain my body in tip top shape.

In order to find out how many calories I need per day, I follow these guidelines.

I also discovered that it is not about eating little, it is about eating a lot of the right stuff. You can see one of my posts where I talk more about it by clicking here.

Finally, I try and drink at least 2 liters of water a day. But usually it can be more than that.

It's simple stuff that makes sense and make a difference. No miraculous shakes here. Just eating what is good for you, listening to your body and fulfilling it's true needs!
